I had a wonderful experience this morning at Ojai. Alisa had put a lot of effort into creating a nice and calm environment for a relaxing treatment. She took the time to get to know me, to understand what I came for and truly tried to help improving my skin's condition. I felt very relaxed and happy when I left the salon. One of the best treatments I ever had.

the place is super calming, and everyone was very nice and welcoming! I really like the little efforts like serving tea and sitting down to talk to us :) Also explaining what products are being used during the facial and why they are good for specific skin types is also super important and I appreciate it.
